Team Lead CMS
Branch and Business Banking
A. Position Purpose:
Support frontline sales team on CMS & digital solutions led CASA acquisition
B. Position Responsibilities:
Drive CMS and Digital product sales in assigned geography
Assist branches in identifying and closing leads for traditional CMS products like cheque /cash pick up, NACH, Virtual accounts etc
Managing sales and implementation for structured products like API, UPI, Cards, Nodal account etc.
Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders for solution implementation within TAT
Collaborate with third party POS and PG providers
Visit branches for product training
Achieving monthly targets on new CMS client solutioning
Provide end to end support for CMS solution implementation
C. Qualifications and Experience Required:
Understanding of banking domain and CMS product
Ability to engage with customers and branches.
Should be open to travel branches in assigned geography.
Good communications skills.
