  • Source and recruit appropriate candidates by using databases, social media, etc by understanding the nature and importance of the requirement.
  • Source passive candidates through a cold call, scheduling.
  • Screen candidate's resume and job applications.
  • Hand Holding the candidates till they join.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and high attention to detail.

Should Have 4+ yeras experience into IT Recruitments

Should be a Graduate
