Reporting To Product Head – Working Capital Finance

A. Position Purpose

The Product Manager is responsible to drive initiatives, that help in achieving the stated strategic objectives of Working capital finance unit. This position will work with function like sales, credit, and operations across WCF to ensure that goals defined for WCF are delivered as per expectations. As product manager WCF, the main role will be to manage and execute product linked key performance matrix, regulatory reporting, ensure compliance, maintaining portfolio hygiene, initiate client communications, drive process and system changes in line with regulatory / business requirements for WCF department

B. Position Responsibilities

1 Manage day to day functioning of Product aspects for Working Capital Finance (WCF).

2 Manage all regulatory, compliance reporting in time for WCF

3 Prepare and publish dashboards, reports, mis of key matrix on WCF business regularly to all stakeholders. Ensure review of portfolio at regular intervals and appropriate reporting.

4 Work with the functions such as Operations, Policy, Credit, Legal, Compliance teams in developing and executing the product related aspects such as processes, regulatory compliance, product kits, risk policy review etc.

5 Run client communication through mediums like - Online, SMS, Email etc. for all working capital facility related information, any changes in product for all and develop acquisition focused marketing programs for cross selling Working Capital products on the banks existing client base.

6 Develop go-to-market strategy, in conjunction with the WCF Sales team for Implementation of the marketing and Incentive plans

7 Responsible for the development of all customer requirement understanding such as generate market Intelligence, buyer preferences and competition mapping, markets investigation etc.

8 Review and suggest cost saving measures to be within budgets on the Product P&L

9 Develop and execute all product related information by streamline the data flow concerns if any in all the products handled.

C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Essential Postgraduate from a known institute

Preferred Management Graduate / CA

Experience

Essential Minimum 4-5 years of experience in banking (preferably assets). Understanding of the banking environment for asset products.

Preferred Experience in product management role. Prior experience in functions related to asset products (business/ policy/ credit etc.)
