Roles and Responsibilities
# Handle entire Recruitment cycle which includes sourcing, Identifying, interviewing, evaluating, pre-screening and recruiting candidates through Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp etc.), Networking sites (LinkedIn, etc.).
#Speak with candidates to qualify and evaluate their Technical and Communication skills as per the client needs.

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing the candidates, Screening them, Interview coordination, rate negotiation and hand holding all the way till closure.
Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, social networking, Job Postings etc.).
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.
Must be able to work independently as well as with team with minimal supervision.
Preferably should have experience of working with Direct Clients.
