Roles and Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Responsible for capturing, organizing, analysing & managing weekly pulse check survey data
(MIS)
- Data visualization by creating Heat maps, dashboards to aid leadership to uncover potential
problems and address any risks early on the case cycle.
- Scheduling & smooth functioning of the pulse check process end to end
- Regular check in with various stakeholders to ensure process adherence
- Analyse historical survey data to capture trends, insights and correlations.
- Facilitator capacity allocation & management.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Understanding factors impacting employee retention & case experience and presenting your
findings & recommendations leadership with recommendations for the
YOU BRING
- Should have 3-5 years of HR experience
- MBA Preferred
- Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of HR systems / operations management is desirable.
- Good analytical skills with ability to present information in an engaging manner.
