Roles and Responsibilities


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Responsible for capturing, organizing, analysing & managing weekly pulse check survey data

(MIS)

  • Data visualization by creating Heat maps, dashboards to aid leadership to uncover potential

problems and address any risks early on the case cycle.

  • Scheduling & smooth functioning of the pulse check process end to end
  • Regular check in with various stakeholders to ensure process adherence
  • Analyse historical survey data to capture trends, insights and correlations.
  • Facilitator capacity allocation & management.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Understanding factors impacting employee retention & case experience and presenting your

findings & recommendations leadership with recommendations for the

YOU BRING


  • Should have 3-5 years of HR experience
  • MBA Preferred
  • Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of HR systems / operations management is desirable.
  • Good analytical skills with ability to present information in an engaging manner.
