A. Position Purpose
To facilitate fulfillment and servicing of leads for AHL/HL/LAP product in cross sell vertical.
B. Position Responsibilities
To manage Login, Approval and Disbursal process for allocated leads.
Visit the potential customers in person for document collection.
Provide clarification to any queries raised by potential customer.
Conduct Biometric KYC (end to end fulfilment)
Resolution of queries raised by credit, collection of additional documents and seeking clarifications , if required, from the potential customers as per the product policy.
Assisting collections as and when required.
C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Minimum Graduate in any stream.
Minimum 6 months experience in selling/sourcing asset products.
D. Competency Requirements
a. Technical Skills
Good product knowledge with understanding of technical aspects such as legal reports, valuations and technical reports.
b. Behavioural Skills
A team player possessing go getter approach with positive mind set to deliver as per the expectations. Must be having good communication skills.
